Mission of IWFF Youth League
The women of Indiana Women's Flag Football League proudly run an affordable recreational league for girls ages 5 -17 at IRMC's Mack Park in Indiana, PA. This league mimics the style of our adult league, where an emphasis is placed on camaraderie, growth, and building self-confidence through flag football. The IWFF Youth League is run by volunteers from our women's league.
What to expect...
IWFFL Player-Volunteers will act as coaches for the divisions. All coaches have up-to-date PA Child Abuse clearances on file with the league.
7U (ages 5 - 7)
Girls will placed on one team (Purple Possums) and be taught basic flag football skills through age-appropriate drills and games. Later in the season they will play scrimmage style games as appropriate.
11U (Ages 8 - 11)
Girls will be divided into (4) teams (Pink Panthers, Green Machines, Cherry Blasters, and Blue Berries). Our first 2 sessions are focused on learning basic flag football skills followed by 6 games and a Championship Day.
14U (Ages 12 - 14)
Girls will be divided into (4) teams (Silver Slayers, Orange Crushers, Black Mambas, and Ruby Rebels). Our first 2 sessions are focused on learning basic flag football skills followed by 6 games and a Championship Day.
17U (Ages 15 - 17) *New for 2026*
Girls will be divided into (4) teams. Our first 2 sessions are focused on learning basic flag football skills followed by 6 games and a Championship Day.
