This form is active ONLY during our "Open Registration" Period which begins on February 1st each year.
Completing this form does NOT automatically register you for the season.
You must submit this form and follow the link to register, sign liability waivers, and pay.
If the link is not active or our league is full, you will be automatically placed on a waiting list and be contacted if/when a spot opens or invited to register as a substitute player.
We are located in Indiana, Pennsylvania (not the state of Indiana or the city of Indianapolis)
